He is extremely knowledgeable due to owning 30+ rental properties. I was searching for my first home, and Jeff was very honest about what he thought I needed vs. what I wanted (which was a charming 50+ yr old bungalow downtown). He helped keep me grounded in what was realistic, without asking me to give up my preferred location or housing style.
